Hello! I’m Haley, the owner and baker of Wildeflours. My husband, Michael, and I have been married 5 1/2 years and we have 2 little girls, Saydee and Preslie who sure keeps us on our toes.
Over the last year, I’ve lost over 100lbs after being diagnosed with diabetes and PCOS. And after fully letting myself go, I decided to take hold of my life for not only myself but for my family as well.
I completely changed my diet and turned to more natural ways of life. We bought chickens, began a massive garden and I learned how to make everything homemade, with better, organic ingredients.
2024 taught me our main source of health is by what we put in our mouths to nourish our bodies. When we eat chemicals and poison, we ruin our bodies and our health.
So, that’s how Wildeflours was born.
My two daughters are every single good thing I’m made of and I took control on my health with them in mind. They deserved a mama who could play with them and watch them grow, not one who was always sick from literally eating herself to death.
My girls are wild, ambitious and the very best parts of me. And I’ve always seen them as my little “wildflowers”.
But, since this is a bakery business, I had to have a little spin on the name 😉
I’m starting this business with one of a kind, sourdough breads that are fluffy, gut healthy and have you in mind.
Eventually throughout the year, I will add additional treats once we pick up momentum ❤️
